If you’d like to contact me to start exploring whether we might work well together, you can use this form. I’ll reply as soon as I reasonably can, and I aim to reply to enquiries within two working days. I don’t ask for details about what brings you to therapy at this stage. We can talk about that together when we speak.

Where do you practice?

My practice is located in central Oakham at the Rutland Therapy Centre, 40 Melton Road, Oakham, LE15 6AY. It is located close to the train station, with direct rail access from Leicester, Stamford, and Peterborough. There is convenient local parking at Westgate long stay car park.

What if I need urgent help?

I do not offer crisis or emergency support. If you need immediate help, please contact your GP, NHS 111 (option 2), or emergency services.
